Last weekend we took the motorhome up to the Spruces campground in Big Cottonwood canyon. We went up with Laura’s parents who also had their motorhome. We got up there Friday evening and stayed until Monday morning. It was nice to get out of the heat and get away from the day-to-day events.  The campground is only about 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere because you are completely surrounded by…spruce trees J. We mostly stayed up late and slept in late. We spent a lot of time over in the Briggs’ motorhome.  Sunday afternoon Laura asked me if there was suppose to be water dripping from the motorhome and I went to check it out.  Sure enough we sprung another leak.  The waterlines in the motorhome are great. It is the connectors they used at all the joints. This is the 5^th leak we’ve fixed because the plastic connectors have cracked. I guess after 25 years you can’t expect much.  So this Saturday we’re going to replace as many fittings as we can get to. Hopefully that will prevent future problems. We’re heading to Mexico next month and need to get those little things taken care of. Mexico…now that will be a nice break.
